Express Yourself @ LAC (CAMHS)

Goals: celebrate individuality at this relaxed and creative face-to-face session at Walker Street, Hull (CAMHS). This informal group is an inclusive team-based activity session where you will be encouraged to explore mood, emotion, build relationships, grow confidence, and celebrate being a young person through creative activities such as lyric writing, poetry, art, journaling and much more. It’s an informal session with a focus on fun and space to chat!
