Wednesday 29th May

On the ward young people are encouraged to boost mood in these inclusive and fun creative face-to-face sessions at Inspire (CAMHS).

Express Yourself @ Inspire (CAMHS)

Young people attending the Express Yourself sessions at Inspire lead on the creative activities with Mez. They explore mood, emotion, build relationships, grow confidence and celebrate individuality through creative activities such as lyric writing, poetry and journaling. The session runs across Wednesday mornings and involves group work and one-to-one non-clinical information, advice and guidance.

Please note this a closed group for inpatients on the ward at Inspire.

''Inspire strives to provide young people with links to services in the community upon discharge and the in-reach sessions from the Youth Recovery & Wellbeing College have been key to this''
